21 Plates of Culture - what is this name all about?

As you can already see, we have settled down on a quite creative blog name - 21 Plates of Culture or Culture on a Plate. This blog post will let you in on the details on how we went through the creative process of choosing a name as we believe it is a very important detail in creating our identity as a group or in this case - as bloggers that show our interest and curiosity for the project company.

21 Plates of Culture represent Storms Pakhus in multiple different, yet connected ways. As we are all familiar with the scope of Storms it is a street food place providing different gastronomical experiences from various cultures which is what we mostly chose to focus upon. 

Since we ourselves are Storms customers and were very actively visiting it before the lockdown hit, we are familiar with the choice of stalls, the service and the general environment. Upon counting the amount of choice or the different meal and beverage providers we have landed on 21 and this is where basically our blog name comes from. Even though the food is not necessarily served on actual physical plates but rather bowls, paper boats or another sustainable version that resembles a plate, Storms Pakhus still gives a possibility to try out a variety of meals from various different environments, no matter the shape of the dish, however, a plate is the one that we are most familiar with.

21 Plates of Culture because 21 different vendors are ready to introduce you to their culture through palatable delicious goodness and we are here for it! 😊
